O Representante Legal \u00e9 o irm\u00e3o que representa a C\u00faria General\u00edcia, como institui\u00e7\u00e3o e pessoa jur\u00eddica, o Col\u00e9gio S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o de Br\u00edndisi e as outras casas dependentes do Ministro Geral, diante do Estado civil, para todos os aspectos legais e tribut\u00e1rios necess\u00e1rios, exercendo o seu of\u00edcio segundo as indica\u00e7\u00f5es do Ministro Geral (Estatuto da C\u00faria Geral, art. 40) e de acordo com a norma da lei universal da Igreja (cf. c\u00e2n. 118; Const. 62,4) e do direito civil.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 aquele cuja assinatura, reconhecida pelo Estado italiano, \u00e9 a \u00fanica autorizada e oficial em todos os contratos (trabalho, licita\u00e7\u00e3o, aluguel, seguros, aliena\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.), atos p\u00fablicos (legados, heran\u00e7as, etc.) e nas diferentes institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras que representam a administra\u00e7\u00e3o central da Ordem.<\/p>\n

Ele ratifica o cumprimento das normas cont\u00e1beis, tribut\u00e1rias e legais que se referem \u00e0 C\u00faria General\u00edcia e ao Col\u00e9gio S\u00e3o Louren\u00e7o de Br\u00edndisi em mat\u00e9ria econ\u00f4mica diante do Estado e diante das normas internas da C\u00faria.<\/p>\n

\u00c9 membro ativo de todas as Comiss\u00f5es que se referem \u00e0 economia nomeadas pelo Ministro Geral e seu Conselho.<\/p>\n

Pode ser interpelado para pareceres inerentes ao \u00e2mbito do servi\u00e7o de representa\u00e7\u00e3o legal provincial, e em \u00e2mbito do direito eclesi\u00e1stico\/administrativo.<\/p>\n
