Le programme comprend deux moments importants : le rapport \u00e9conomique et la liturgie eucharistique pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Mgr Jos\u00e9 Rodriguez Carballo, Secr\u00e9taire de la Congr\u00e9gation pour les Instituts de Vie Consacr\u00e9e et les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de Vie apostolique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La premi\u00e8re partie de la matin\u00e9e est consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9coute du rapport \u00e9conomique pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par l&#8217;\u00c9conome G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&#8217;Ordre, le fr\u00e8re Alejandro Jos\u00e9 Nu\u00f1es Ennabe. Le jeune \u00e9conome, originaire d&#8217;Am\u00e9rique centrale, en ouverture, rappelle que l&#8217;\u00e9conomie de l&#8217;Ordre doit \u00eatre caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par la transparence, qui doit \u00e9galement caract\u00e9riser notre vie personnelle et fraternelle, et la coresponsabilit\u00e9 de tous les fr\u00e8res dans la gestion des biens de l&#8217;Ordre. Le texte du rapport est clairement articul\u00e9 en trois parties : dans la premi\u00e8re partie, est expos\u00e9e l&#8217;organisation de l&#8217;\u00e9conomat g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, avec ses diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9alit\u00e9s, maisons et institutions, son syst\u00e8me de comptabilit\u00e9 et de gestion. La deuxi\u00e8me partie est consacr\u00e9e aux \u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e9conomiques et administratifs du sextennat. Enfin, la troisi\u00e8me partie contient des recommandations pour les prochaines ann\u00e9es. Fr\u00e8re Alejandro a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son rapport avec clart\u00e9 et comp\u00e9tence, en accompagnant les chiffres avec des graphiques et des sch\u00e9mas projet\u00e9s sur l&#8217;\u00e9cran en PowerPoint. \u00c0 la fin, les applaudissements chaleureux des capitulaires ont soulign\u00e9 la justesse du rapport et l&#8217;approbation de son travail.<\/p>\n<p><div class=\"youtube-wrapper\" style=\"position:relative;padding-bottom:56.25%;height:0;overflow:hidden;\">\n                        <iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5MgEC6yq_lE\" \n                                style=\"position:absolute;top:0;left:0;width:100%;height:100%;\" \n                                frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen loading=\"lazy\"><\/iframe>\n                    <\/div><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fin de matin\u00e9e, apr\u00e8s la relation \u00e9conomique, c&#8217;est le temps de l&#8217;Eucharistie conc\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9e par les capitulaires et pr\u00e9sid\u00e9e par Mgr. Jos\u00e9 Rodriguez Carballo, 65 ans, espagnol, secr\u00e9taire de la Congr\u00e9gation pour les Instituts de Vie Consacr\u00e9e et les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de Vie apostolique, ancien ministre G\u00e9n\u00e9ral des Fr\u00e8res Mineurs (2003-2013) avant sa nomination au poste actuel. La liturgie rappelle aujourd&#8217;hui le martyre ou la d\u00e9collation de saint Jean-Baptiste. Les lectures, peut-\u00eatre en hommage au pr\u00e9sident, sont proclam\u00e9es en espagnol. Cependant, Mgr Carballo adresse \u00e0 l&#8217;assembl\u00e9e son hom\u00e9lie en italien, traduite simultan\u00e9ment en anglais. L\u2019hom\u00e9lie, s\u2019inspirant des deux lectures, est r\u00e9sum\u00e9e dans le trin\u00f4me : v\u00e9rit\u00e9, proph\u00e9tie et esp\u00e9rance. La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 est celle que Jean a toujours annonc\u00e9e par sa pr\u00e9dication, sans respect humain et avec courage, surtout dans les circonstances qui ont d\u00e9termin\u00e9 son martyre ordonn\u00e9 par H\u00e9rode. La proph\u00e9tie est celle dont le pr\u00e9curseur a t\u00e9moign\u00e9 d&#8217;abord par sa vie et ensuite par sa parole, et non avec des discours id\u00e9ologiques. L&#8217;esp\u00e9rance doit toujours accompagner la proclamation de l&#8217;\u00c9vangile de J\u00e9sus, qui est un \u00c9vangile de joie, sans se laisser submerger par le pessimisme ou le r\u00e9alisme fataliste.
