{"id":115765,"date":"2025-08-07T10:47:49","date_gmt":"2025-08-07T08:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ofmcap.org\/erezione-della-provincia-di-sibolga\/"},"modified":"2025-08-07T11:38:37","modified_gmt":"2025-08-07T09:38:37","slug":"erection-de-la-province-de-sibolga","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ofmcap.org\/fr\/erection-de-la-province-de-sibolga\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00c9rection de la province de Sibolga, Indon\u00e9sie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: center;\"><strong>La custodie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Sibolga devient province<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La province capucine de Sibolga (n\u00e9e le 21 f\u00e9vrier 1994), qui a pour patron saint Fid\u00e8le de Sigmaringen, a commenc\u00e9 son travail avec son provincialat \u00e0 Gunungsitoli-Nias. Au cours des ann\u00e9es suivantes, l&#8217;id\u00e9e de diviser la province en deux parties a \u00e9merg\u00e9, et le 8 d\u00e9cembre 2010, cette proposition a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lors de la visite du ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le fr\u00e8re Mauro J\u00f6hri, et du d\u00e9finiteur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le fr\u00e8re John Anthony. La raison principale de cette division \u00e9tait d&#8217;ordre g\u00e9ographique, \u00e0 savoir la grande superficie et la distance entre Sibolga et Nias, s\u00e9par\u00e9es par une large mer. Le Chapitre provincial de 2012 a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une p\u00e9tition au Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pour diviser la Province capucine de Sibolga en deux provinces, \u00e0 savoir la Province des \u00eeles Nias et la Province de Sibolga. Cependant, le ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, fr\u00e8re Mauro J\u00f6hri, et son conseil ont estim\u00e9 en septembre 2013 que la province capucine de Sibolga devait \u00eatre divis\u00e9e en deux custodies g\u00e9n\u00e9rales et non en deux provinces. Par la suite, par d\u00e9cret du ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du 10 avril 2015, les Custodies g\u00e9n\u00e9rales de Nias et de Sibolga ont vu le jour (Prot. N. 00335\/15).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quelques ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s la division, en raison de la croissance de la Custodie de Sibolga, des discussions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9es sur la possibilit\u00e9 d&#8217;\u00e9riger une Province. Ce sujet a \u00e9t\u00e9 abord\u00e9 lors du Chapitre extraordinaire de f\u00e9vrier 2022 et une demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 adress\u00e9e au Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Le Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a r\u00e9pondu favorablement par lettre du 18 juin 2022 (Prot. N. 00357\/22). En octobre 2022, une commission pr\u00e9paratoire a \u00e9t\u00e9 institu\u00e9e pour examiner les questions administratives et pratiques en vue de l&#8217;\u00e9rection de la Custodie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale en Province. Apr\u00e8s le Chapitre de novembre 2024, un rapport sur l&#8217;\u00e9tat d&#8217;avancement des pr\u00e9paratifs a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 la demande du Custode, le Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et son Conseil, lors de leur r\u00e9union de janvier 2025, ont charg\u00e9 le fr\u00e8re William Chang, Conseiller g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, de mener une visite pastorale de la Custodie, qui s&#8217;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e du 22 au 29 janvier 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s avoir re\u00e7u le vote favorable de la Conf\u00e9rence (PACC) par lettre du 1er janvier 2025 (Prot. N. 00002\/25) pour \u00e9lever le statut de la Custodie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Sibolga au rang de Province, le Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et son Conseil ont pris en consid\u00e9ration les r\u00e9sultats de la Visite pastorale et ont formellement approuv\u00e9 le changement de statut de cette Circonscription : de Custodie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale \u00e0 Province. Le 5 ao\u00fbt 2025, la Province de Sibolga a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9rig\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence du Ministre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Fr. Roberto Genuin, du Vicaire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, Fr. Silvio do Socorro de Almeida Pereira, et des Conseillers g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, Fr. William Chang et Fr. Robert Williams, ainsi que de nombreux fr\u00e8res indon\u00e9siens.
