Le Repr\u00e9sentant l\u00e9gal est le fr\u00e8re qui repr\u00e9sente la Curie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, en tant qu’institution et entit\u00e9 juridique, le Coll\u00e8ge Saint Laurent de Brindes et les autres maisons d\u00e9pendant du Ministre G\u00e9n\u00e9ral, devant l’\u00e9tat civil, pour tous les aspects juridiques et fiscaux n\u00e9cessaires, exer\u00e7ant son office selon les indications du Ministre G\u00e9n\u00e9ral (art. 40 du statut de la Curie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale) et conform\u00e9ment aux normes du droit universel de l’\u00c9glise (Cf. can. 118; Const 62,4) et du droit civil.<\/p>\n

Il est celui dont la signature, reconnue par la Pr\u00e9fecture de l’\u00c9tat italien, est la seule autoris\u00e9e et officielle dans tous les contrats (travaux, contrats, loyers, assurances, ali\u00e9nation …), les actes publics (legs, h\u00e9ritages …) et dans les diff\u00e9rentes institutions financi\u00e8res qui repr\u00e9sentent l’administration centrale de l’Ordre.<\/p>\n

Il contr\u00f4le et valide le respect des r\u00e9glementations comptables, fiscales et juridiques concernant la Curie g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et le Coll\u00e8ge Saint Laurent de Brindes en mati\u00e8re \u00e9conomique, vis-\u00e0-vis de l’\u00c9tat italien et au regard des normes internes de la Curie.<\/p>\n

Il est membre actif de toutes les commissions concernant l\u2019\u00c9conome nomm\u00e9 par le Ministre G\u00e9n\u00e9ral et son conseil.<\/p>\n

Il peut \u00eatre consult\u00e9 pour des avis relatifs au service de repr\u00e9sentation l\u00e9gale provincial, et dans le domaine du droit eccl\u00e9siastique \/ administratif.<\/p>\n
