El Representante Legal es el hermano que representa a la Curia General, como instituci\u00f3n y entidad legal, el Colegio San Lorenzo da Brindis y las otras casas dependientes del Ministro General, ante el estado civil, para todos los aspectos legales y fiscales necesarios, ejerciendo su oficio de acuerdo con las indicaciones del Ministro general (art. 40 del estatuto Curia Gen.) y de acuerdo con la norma de la ley universal de la Iglesia (cf. can. 118; Const 62,4) y el derecho civil.<\/p>\n

Es aquel cuya firma, reconocida por la Prefectura del Estado italiano, la \u00fanica autorizada y oficial en todos los contratos (trabajo, contrato, alquiler, seguro, enajenaci\u00f3n …), escrituras p\u00fablicas (legados, herencias …) y en las diferentes instituciones financieras que representan La administraci\u00f3n central de la Orden.<\/p>\n

El convalida el cumplimiento de las normas contables, fiscales y legales relativas a la Curia general y al Colegio San Lorenzo da Brindis en materia econ\u00f3mica frente al Estado y frente a las normas internas de la Curia.<\/p>\n

Es miembro activo de todas las Comisiones relativas a la econom\u00eda nombradas por el Ministro general y su Consejo.<\/p>\n

Puede ser consultado para obtener opiniones relacionadas con el servicio de representaci\u00f3n legal provincial y en el campo del derecho eclesi\u00e1stico \/ administrativo.<\/p>\n
