We Extend Our Condolences

We express our deepest condolences to our brothers in the Custody of Nigeria. On the evening of 3rd May 2025, 13 brothers were travelling from the Ridgeway community, Enugu, to Obudu Cattle Ranch, Cross Rivers State, Nigeria, and suffered a fatal vehicle accident while descending a hill. Seven of the brothers died on the spot, while six of them sustained various degrees of injuries. The injured brothers have been transferred to Enugu for treatment of injuries. Of the seven who lost their lives, one was the guardian and councillor of the Custody, another the bursar of the Custody, four students of theology and a post novice. At this moment of inconsolable grief, we remain united with the brothers and the respective families while continuing to pray for the departed souls and healing for the injured brothers.
