By using the function of the PCO OPEN FORUM, it is possible for you to send your impressions, reflections and suggestions, which will be made visible to the participants each day on the PCO bulletin board. Nevertheless, this means of participation has its limitations. On the one hand, we must remember that the Delegates of the Conferences have received a personal mandate of representation, which may not be renegotiated day after day based on the public opinion of the brothers. On the other hand, not all of the members of the Order have the same ability to access the Internet, and thus it is not possible to offer a true equal opportunity in this “virtual representation” to all our brothers. However, in reality, this injustice created in the “diversity of technology” fortunately has its compensation in the system of the delegates of the Conferences. With these limitations in mind, you can have a proper form of expression at the PCO through this OPEN FORUM.
